Defection: Nwoko won't get APC ticket for 2027 election - Ndukwe ~ Truth Reporters

 

A one time Executive Chairman of Oshimili North Local government Council , Hon Louis Ogugua Ndukwe, Esq, has stated unequivocally , that despite the razzmatazz associated with the defection from the PDP to the APC, of the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial district at the Red Chambers of the National Assembly , Hon   Prince Ned Nwoko , his plan of picking his new party,s ticket to contest the Senate position, is an exercise in futility.

Ndukwe stated emphatically , that Nwoko,s dream would surely hit the rocks owing to a number of germane variables such as that of those who had been on ground building and managing the party all these years , as well as strong forces who may also have been promised the Delta North Senatorial ticket by the party,s national leadership.

Speaking with newsmen at his Ukala country home in Oshimili North Local government area , the former Council Boss said he discerned a smokescreen by the defecting Senator Ned Nwoko , to hide under the cover of promising that Anioma State will be a reality by March 2025, as his main reason for leaving the PDP, as very laughable and a bamboozling of gullible politically naive person's.

Wondering why President Bola Tinubu , as leader of the APC ,, did not receive his decamping Delta North Senator "friend" , along with the party,s NWC , to prove to the PDP that the event is a momentous one , Ndukwe described the entire event as of now import and calculated to cover the decamping Nwoko,s failure to attract any meaningful democratic dividends to the district for almost two years of representation.

Said Ndukwe:" This well thought out plan to bamboozle people of Delta North as his ( Nwoko,s) achievement in the Senate , is not being fanned well by his defection gimmick to hoodwink us that Anioma State will be a reality by March 2025 once he defects to the APC".

The Oshimili North PDP stalwart remarked that it is certain the defecting Senator Ned Nwoko would throw up his well known penchant for last minute moves , when it dawn's on him that the APC senate ticket for Delta North will not be his for the taking.

He lamented that Anioma people will be the sufferers of Nwoko,s ill thought out carpet crossing , having already being starved of enjoying dividends of democracy for the last two years.

Ndukwe however assured Senator Nwoko that Aniomas are learned and exposed to knowing when a matter is a tantrum or reality, as in this instant case of Nwoko trying to pull wool over their eyes with a non realizable Anioma State creation by the APC led federal government in March 2025.
