Asagba of Asaba Task Cable Point Residents on Security ~ Truth Reporters

The Asagba of Asagba, His Royal Majesty, Obi Prof Epiphany Azinge, has tasked the residents of Cable Point Area in Asaba, the Delta State capital, with being security conscious. 

The Asagba made this appeal during His Majesty's recent visit to the Cable Point Area of Asaba. 

The Asagba pointed out the high level of insecurity, hard drug discharge, and dirtiness in the area. The reverend Monarch gave an ultimatum to all those involved in the trafficking of hard drugs in the Cable Point Area to put an end to it or face the consequences.

The Asagba of Asaba further directed the vigilante group to be strengthened and include all the ethnic groups in the area. 

He also promised the Cable Point community that Cable's lost glory would be restored, but he needed the cooperation of all those living in the Area. 

The Cable Community thanked the Asagba of Asaba and his Chiefs for visiting and assured His Majesty they would support efforts to actualize a peaceful, clean, and safe environment.

The Director General of Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency, Patrick Ukah, who accompanied the Asagba of Asaba, during the visit assured the Cable Point community that he would bring the community's challenges to the attention of the State Governor for necessary actions. 

He assured the community that the construction of the road work  in the area will soon be completed because the state government has asked all engineers handling different road projects with in the state to complete it.
