Oborevwori to rejig entrepreneurship initiatives in Delta, affirms Peterson ~ Truth Reporters

To reshape the entrepreneurship space and give added leverage to Deltans, the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori administration, is primed towards a sustainable public private sector regime.


Towards this end, the Special Adviser on Entrepreneurship Development to the Governor of Delta State, Dr Donald Peterson, said the Oborevwori led administration's drive for sustainable economic pluses, will soon see the light of day.



Dr Peterson, gave the affirmation at the 15th edition of the journalists hangout, tagged "from parley to party", at the Press centre of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Delta State Council.


The Special Adviser on Entrepreneural Development to the Governor, gave an overview of his Macro and Micro driven initiatives, which, latest the first quarter of 2015, will blossom to full fledged business initiatives.


Dr Peterson hinged the Oborevwori administration's vision towards entrenching premised initiatives, such as Deltapreneurship cum agro and tech preneurship, leveraging on Delta's unique selling points in line with the MORE agenda of the present administration.


The Special Adviser to the Delta State Government, who equally lauded the compulsory build up of entrepreneurship as pivotal in all respects of the state's business development objectives, revealed that by first quarter of 2025, the blueprints and full realization of his office roadmap, would blossom.


Dr Peterson urged Deltans not to lose focus in the government of Governor Oborevwori in the area of full scale business. He stated that the myriad of programmes such as the flag off of the techpreneurship and agropreneurship programmes initiated by his office, will very soon produce transgenerational wealth for the average Deltans.


Earlier, the State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Delta State Council, Comrade Churchill Oyowe, said the time has come to ensure that the era of beggarly attitudes to survive, is over.


Oyowe commended the office of the Special Adviser on Entrepreneurship Development , Dr Peterson, for blazing the trail in ensuring that Deltans get the benefit for owning businesses.
