Ika South Chairman, Ehiwarior, Congratulates Banking Czar, Jim Ovia, At 73 ~ Truth Reporters

The Chairman of Ika South Local Government, Engr. Jerry Ehiwarior, has congratulated Founder and Chairman of Zenith Bank, Mr. Jim Ovia, as he clocks 73 years today.

Engr. Ehiwarior, in a statement to mark the birthday of Mr. Jim Ovia , by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Jonathan Onwuka, lauded the exemplary leadership and wisdom of the elder statesman.

The Chairman described Mr. Ovia as an accomplished banker, entrepreneur and Africa's foremost financial guru, who had made significant and lasting contributions to the growth of the Nigerian banking sector through the establishment of Zenith Bank and other ancillary financial institutions in the country and overseas.

He noted that the celebrant had demonstrated commitment and steadfastness in developing Zenith Bank and other critical financial organizations, which provide job opportunities for many Nigerians, and are doing well in boosting  Nigeria's economy.

"Your commitment to nation building and the countless lives you have affected in different ways stand you out as a great builder of men and an astute manager of resourcees.

"You have lived a life of impact as an accomplished banker and successful entrepreneur who has contributed to  Nigeria' s economic growth.

"On behalf of the government and people of Ika South, I join the global community to celebrate and extend best wishes to you as you mark your happy 73rd birth anniversary.
