A.C Okocha congratulates Delta PDP Chairman, Chief Arenyeka, on election ~ Truth Reporters

Elder Statesman of the People's Democratic Party ( PDP), in Delta State , Chief A.C Okocha, has congratulated the newly elected State Chairman of the party , Chief Solomon Arenyeka, on his recent election.

Chief Okocha expressed his implicit confidence in the ability of the new PDP State Chairman, to steer the party to more loftier heights, from where his predecessor, Olorogun Kingsley Esiso , left .

Speaking on the sidelines of the Thanksgiving service organized by Chief Arenyeka , to mark his successful election as State PDP Chairman, in Warri , Sunday November 17th , at the Avenue Baptist Church, the Ogwashi Uku kingdom leader said with a rich pedigree of unblemished public service record and party loyalty and discipline earned by the new State party Chairman, PDP in the State would continue to wax stronger in both unity and deliverables of democratic dividends to the people of Delta State.

Chief A.C Okocha who said from the large turn out of party faithfuls led by the State Governor and leader of the party , Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, former Governors as well as serving federal and state lawmakers , members of the state executive council, local government Chairmen , heads of parastatals and indeed high ranking party leaders and elders , political appointees and we'll wishers that attended the Thanksgiving service , it is evident that the PDP is the only party in the state on ground.

The Ogwashi Uku PDP Leaders and Elders Forum ( OPDPLEF) National Chairman, who also paid glowing tributes to the outgone  State party Chairman , Olorogun Kingsley Esiso , for the successes recorded by the party during his tenure, urged all party faithful across the state , to rally round the new party Chairman , Chief Solomon Arenyeka, and give him the same measure , if not more, of the unalloyed support , they gave to his predecessor , Olorogun Esiso, so that PDP in Delta will continue to maintain its unassailable lead among all the political parties in Delta.

Said Chief A.C Okocha : "On behalf of my political associates at the Ogwashi Uku PDP Leaders and Elders Forum ( OPDPLEF), l heartily congratulate a dedicated and bridge building party stalwart , Chief Solomon Arenyeka, on his landslide election as State Chairman of our great party, the People's Democratic Party ( PDP). I have implicit confidence, judging from his rich pedigree in positions of trust he has held in the affairs of our state . Also as a loyal party chieftain who has built bridges across the entire PDP family in the state , there is no doubt that he has a firm grasp of the task at hand , and with the support of our leader , the Governor of the state , Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, as well as other elders and party faithful, he will take PDP Delta a notch higher from where he met it".

Chief Okocha , the OPDPLEF National Chairman, therefore pledged the support of his group , the Ogwashi Uku PDP Leaders and Elders Forum, to the Chief Solomon Arenyeka led State Working Committee of the PDP, Delta State.
