Member representing Isoko Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, has congratulated Chairman of Delta State Urban Water Board, Chief Solomon Arenyeka on his victory as the State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The House of Representatives member, also rejoiced with other State Officers of the PDP who were elected into various administrative positions of the Party’s structure during the State Congress held at The Cenotaph, Asaba, on Saturday.
Hon. Ukodhiko said, “with the successful Delta State PDP Congress credibly held earlier today, shows our great party is further poised to deepen and consolidate democratic culture in our dearly beloved State.
In his words, the Isoko Federal lawmaker said, “On behalf of the leaders and people of Isoko North/South Federal Constituency, I congratulate and welcome on board, the newly-elected State Executive Committee of the Delta State Chapter of the PDP headed by Chief Solomon Arenyeka as State Chairman.
“I must also, extend our sincerest appreciation to the outgoing State Executive Committee members led by the Chairman, Olorogun Kingsley Esiso for providing astute leadership in the history of our party in Delta State.”
Hon. Ukodhiko applauded the State leader of the party and Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori for his support and encouragement to the PDP in the State.
He stated, “The new State Chairman is a unifier, founding member and leader of the party, effective politician, seasoned administrator, known for his industry, courage, sagacity and vision. As a astute and competent, the new State Chairman, will galvanize the Party and reposition it for the pressing tasks ahead.
“The PDP in Delta State is a winning party, and I’m confident Chief Arenyeka will consolidate on the winning streak of the party. However, he should work to ensure internal discipline with a sense of seriousness, and unity of members of the PDP family in the State.” Hon. Ukodhiko added
