Ogorugba swears-in Umukoro as Isoko North SLG ~ Truth Reporters

Chairman Isoko North Local Government Council, Hon. Elder Godwin Ogorugba has sworn-in Barr. Vote Umukoro as Secretary to the Local Government Council.

The inauguration which took place at the Exco chamber at the Council Secretariat in Ozoro followed Umukoro's successful screening by the Delta State House of Assembly on Tuesday. 

Umukoro is not new to the job served as Secretary to the Local Government Council during the first term of Hon. Emmanuel Egbabor as Chairman of the Council between 2014-2017.

In his remarks, Ogorugba while congratulating Umukoro on his well deserved appointment, charged the new SLG to work hard to promote his administration’s GODWINS agenda in line with Governor Oborevwori’s MORE Agenda. 

In his vote of thanks, Umukoro thanked Ogorugba for finding him worthy of the appointment and pledged to bring his wealth of experience to bear on his new task.
