NADESSTU lauds Izeze over N5m largesse for students' welfare ~ Truth Reporters

The leadership of the National Association of Delta State Students (Nadesstu Worldwide) has officially issued a Certificate of Commendation to the Honourable Commissioner of Works (Highways and Urban Roads) in order to appreciate him for his kind gestures towards supporting students financially.

In a statement made by the National President; Comr. Wiska Monday while presenting the certificate, He said "We want to use this singular honour to express our explicit gratitude in recognition of your outstanding support towards educational development, particularly the provision of financial support (Bursary) to two hundred students".

"Indeed, this is a testament that you're a formal student leader and you clearly understands the pains and concerns of students most especially at this critical time of economic meltdown and hardship" 

He added "As an association, we believe that this commendation is not only to celebrate Hon. Comr. Izeze's efforts but also as an important reminder for the Federal Government, State Government, Local Government, Private sector and well meaning Individuals on the need for continuous support for students in our community". 

"Most importantly, we wish to use this opportunity to call on all our students to take their studies very seriously and education is the bedrock of any nation's growth and development".
