Excitement in Isoko North as Ogorugba distributes notebooks to pupils ~ Truth Reporters

 

The Chairman Isoko North Local Government Council, Hon. Elder Godwin Ogorugba, Wednesday, distributed free notebooks to pupils in all primary schools across the Council area. 

The Chairman who was represented during the distribution by the Supervisor for Agriculture and Community Development, Engr Thomas Akpoedafe, said that the gesture was born out of his administration’s commitment to cushion the economic hardship on parents. 

He said that his administration was looking towards ways to make life easy for his people especially the children, youths and the aged people of the local government. 

He harped on the importance of Education as the bedrock of the nation's future. 

The elated pupils and teachers whose excitement knew no bound, chanted songs of "God Bless Chairman Ogorugba, God Bless Governor Oborevwori", sang praises and prayers for both the chairman and the state governor.
