*Delta Councill Poll: Solonzo assures of PDP victory* ~ *Truth Reporters*

As the local government council election in Delta State draws close, members and supporters of PDP have been assured of victory for all her candidates. 

The assurance was given  by a chieftain of the party in Ward 8, Ika South Local Government Area, Mr. Solomon Ehondor, mostly referred to as 'Solonzo', while fielding questions from journalists on Wednesday at Agbor.

He said the PDP, in spite of its visibility and dominance in the state especially in Ika South,  the party did not take the electorate for granted as massive campaigns and rallies were held to further advertise the party and her candidates. 

He explained that the party and her candidates were carefully marketed to the voting public; a move that has made the party the preferred choice of majority of the electorate. 

According to him, the PDP understands the dynamics involved in politicking and was able to apply them in the campaigns. 

"It is clear to everybody in Ika South that our party has worked very hard and campaigned vigorously. We are  successfully selling our candidates and the  agenda of the party  to the electorate. We have visited all the wards in the local government area where our messages were presented in clear and unambiguous language. 

"I am convinced that with the efforts we have put in, there is no way our party will not emerge victorious in the election," he stated

Mr. Ehondor, who is chairman, campaign council security committee, assured that the candidates of the party for the various positions, particularly that of the chairman of council will give the local government a sense of direction if given the opportunity to pilot the affairs of the council.
