Sen. Nwoko commiserates with Obielum over mother's passing ~ Truth Reporters
The distinguished Senator representing Delta North Senatorial district, Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko, has sent a heartfelt message to Ndokwa East PDP maximum leader , Chief Godswill Obielum , over the transition to eternal glory of his mother , Mama Ossai Obielum
In a message of condolence made available to the media, Senator Ned Nwoko consoled with the Obielum family of Ushie , in Ndokwa East local government area , on the death of Mama Ossai Victoria Obielum , at age 87, noting that the matriarch of the Obielum family , lived an exemplary life of chastity and peace , that she gave birth to a worthy Anioma son in the mould of an accomplished personage such as Chief Godswill Obielum, among other distinguished siblings
The Delta North Senator , Ned Nwoko , said he recalled with nostalgia, the supportive roles played by Chief Obielum in the build up to his ( Ned,s) emergence as Senator representing Delta North Senatorial district, attributing it to the good upbringing of his mother, Mama Ossai Obielum
While noting that death in the physical is a necessary end that is the lot of all mortals, Senator Nwoko described Mama Ossai Obielum as an accomplished matriarch who brought up her children and larger family with virtues of peace, transparency , and godly virtues
Said the Delta North Senator ;"l wish to condole with my Ndokwa East maximum leader of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP), Chief Godswill Obielum, on the peaceful passage of our and the matriarch of the Obielum family of Ushie, Mama Ossai Victoria Obielum, at age 87. Indeed , mama lived a worthy and fulfilling life as can be seen by the fruitful lives of her offspring such as our maximum leader in Ndokwa East , Chief Godswill Obielum, and his other siblings. Indeed, we acknowledge that Mama lived a fruitful life of service to humanity , and are consoled that she impacted on those she left behind. On behalf of my family and Delta North constituents, l hereby console with the Obielum family of Ushie in Ndokwa east, on Mama Ossai Victoria Obielum,s passage , and urge them to be consoled that she lived a life of great accomplishment and service to God and humanity. May her soul rest in peace profound in the bosom of her maker", the statement added
