Otuaro congratulates 8th Delta Assembly on 1st anniversary ~ Truth Reporters

 

Immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro has congratulated the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor and members of the House on the 1st anniversary of the 8th Delta Assembly.

Speaking in an interview with journalists at the anniversary thanksgiving service held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Region 34 Headquarters, Asaba, Otuaro lauded the leadership and members of the House for the peaceful and cordial relations between the legislature and the executive in the state.

Otuaro said Deltans were happy with the people-centric bills and motions passed by the 8th Delta Assembly and urged the lawmakers to continue to legislate in the interest of the people.

The former Deputy Governor called on Members of the House to continue showing support to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and members of the Executive Arm of Government to ensure prompt delivery of the MORE Agenda of the Oborevwori administration.

Otuaro further thanked Deltans for their support to the Peoples Democratic Party PDP and to the Oborevwori led administration assuring that the Governor was determined to advance infrastructural and Human capital developments in the state for the benefit of the people.
