Ukodhiko congratulates Micheal Diden at 61 ~ Truth Reporters
Member representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko has congratulated former Chairman of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, Hon. Micheal Diden on his 61st birth anniversary.
In a statement by his Media Assistant, Mr. Ajiri-Oghene Oreh, on Tuesday, the Isoko Federal lawmaker lauded Diden popularly known as “Ejele” for his enormous contributions to the development of Delta State in the several capacities he served the state.
Hon. Ukodhiko said, “Evangelist Diden is a dynamic man of many parts; a passionate pastor, generous philanthropist, truthful politician and administrator of no mean repute.
“Evangelist Micheal Diden is very charitable and kind-hearted. He is a committed supporter of meaningful causes and, he has impacted a lot of Deltans with his philanthropic gestures.
“He has a record of public service which bespeaks his rich profile that reflects his enormous contributions to the development and advancement of Delta State.
“From being a Local Government Council Chairman to Commissioner representing Itsekiri ethnic-nationality on the Governing Board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission which he later chaired in the last administration.
“Bestriding Delta State House of Assembly in 2015 as a colossus, where he held the strategic position of Deputy Chief Whip, Hon. Diden contributed significantly to many legislative frameworks, developmental policies and programmes for the transformation of the State.
“As a strong pillar of support for our party, the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), and a frontline political leader in the State, Evangelist Diden’s leadership prowess is at the fore in his capacity as the National Chairman of the formidable Delta Political Vanguard, (DPV).
“On behalf of my family, the leaders and people of Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, i felicitate with our brother, a detribalised Deltan and a notable political leader of the PDP, Hon. (Evang.) Micheal Diden on his 61st birth anniversary on March 26.
