Emakpor Odogu has called on the members of the party in the ward to be united and support the M.O.R.E Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori's administration.

He made this known during a meeting of the PDP at his country home in Emede in Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State.

To also enlightened party fatithfuls on how the MORE AGENDA of the Governor Oborevwori led administration is transforming the State and by extension Emede Community.

Orezi Esievo as an Executive Director, Delta State Board of Internal Revenue, Mrs. Pally Eghove, Executive Assistant on Women Development, Mr. Dennis Obrogo, Senior Special Assistant and Mr. Clement Aduze as Special Assistant.

He recalled that during the 2023 general election it was a difficult one for the party (PDP), because with the failure of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to deliver on their promises of 'Change' they brought that disappointed everyone we were hopeful that PDP will come back to power at the Federal level.

"We saw how the PDP was divided from the Federal level to some extent to the State and there was a kind of 'wave'  with attended anti-party Vices, the wave ate into the fabrics of the political system. A situation whereby people who are not even politicians became politicians overnight. People who have no experience of governance in politics became experts advising people on where to vote".

He added that "To the extent Some Pastors became part of the politicking, convincing people not to vote Political Party but individual, while all this things were going on some of us were telling the people don't allow outsiders to rock your boat (Party). Whereas we all know that politics is about Party, governance is about Party. After the whole politicking it is the party that will recommend for appointment, it is the party that will form the government. A lot of people are regretting what happened with that 'wave' today", he lamented.
