Supreme Court Verdict: Oborevwori Victory, God's Divine Mandate At Display - Asasa ~ Truth Reporters

The Chairman of Isoko South Local Government Council,  Hon Victor Asasa, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his Supreme Court Victory, describing it as God's Divine Mandate at display. 

Asasa stated this in a chat with journalists when he led party faithfuls in Isoko South on the Governor victory jubilation tour round the streets of Oleh, the headquarters of the Local Government Area. 

He said; "This is  marvelous and the best you can ever expect. This Victory is God’s Divine Mandate at display. We are happy and celebrating. With this victory,  Deltans should expect more developmental projects from our amiable Governor. 

"There is no more distraction of any kind for him. And with the way he started his administration, Deltans should expect massive infrastructural developmental projects from Governor Sheriff Oborevwori led administration. 

"And to the people of Isoko South, I thanked them for their prayers and urge them to remain calm, that by God grace there will be improved allocation and everything will fall in place."

On his part,  the Secretary to Isoko South Local Government Council, Hon. Vantus Ogboghro, said; "It's wonderful thing God has done and our mouths are filled with laughter. This battle has ended and its has ended well in favour of our amiable Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, who was duly elected by the people and the people are happy that their votes they casted in the polls didn't lost. 

"Governor Sheriff started well and we believe that we will have more agenda in terms of infrastructural developments and all that. Isoko people should be steadfast. Whatever Sheriff has promised the Isoko people, he will sure do it."

Also speaking,  the Isoko South PDP Chairman,  Odio Godspower Obaro, said the Governors victory is well deserved as it was a true reflection of the choice of voters during the election.

He said that with the victory secured, Governor Oborevwori can now concentrate in ensuring massive development of the state in line with his MORE Agenda.

While the Councillor representing Emede Ward and Chief Whip of Isoko South Legislative Arm, Goodluck Abedi, said; "Today is a mega victory for PDP because of the Supreme Court verdict.  PDP won the Governorship general elections with a wild margin and the Court verdict affirming our Governor victory is indeed a good one to us all .  Since Governor Oborevwori inauguration,  he has being doing good things for the State, Deltans should expect more from him."

Reacting to the Governor's victory, a stalwart of the Peoples Democratic Party in Enwhe/Okpolo ward, Comrade Francis Othameta, attribute the victory of our amiable Governor,  Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as God's ordain victory and the wish of the people. We are very happy and we are confident that God will use him to transform Delta State.
