Yuletide: Delta Governor's Aide Tells Residents to be Security Conscious ~ Truth Reporters

The Special Assistant on Media To Delta State Governor, Comrade Christopher Odamah has advised residents of the state to take charge of the security of their environment during the Yuletide, 

This advice was contained in a statement issued yesterday and made available to newsmen in the oil rich city of Warri, in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.

Odamah said the holiday season is here again with Christmas and New Year around the corner. During the Yuletide period, a lot of things happen and one needs to be careful.

According to him, ““I charge our people to be alert and sensitive during the Yuletide, especially with regards to security because security is everyone’s responsibility. Your personal safety can only be guaranteed by yourself."

"Deltans and Nigerians should take security seriously;  The best way to try and prevent getting caught in dangerous situations is to be security conscious," he said.

While advising residents to assist security agencies with intelligence information to tackle any security threat in the state, he enjoined them to celebrate the festivals moderately.
