The NNPP Guber Candidate for Delta State, Dr Goodnews Goodman Agbi was at Obiaruku this weekend to attend a wedding of one of his media aide on Saturday, 11th of February 2023 and payed homage to the traditional ruler of Umusume, the Okpaluku of Umusume.
The NNPP gubernutorial candidate left the wedding venue to the traditional ruler’s palace after a road show at Obiaruku in Ukwani Local Government of Delta State.
The Okpaluku prayed for Agbi’s success at the polls.
He told The Okpaluku and his chiefs that they should mobilize their household and the entire community to vote for him. If voted to power he will provide free education from primary school to Secondary Secondary and provide scholarships to brilliant students to study anywhere in the world.
Agbi further said that the APC has brought severe hardship on the people noting that they should vote them out of power by voting for NNPP.
He therefore urged all deltans to embrace the new CBN policy, just like child birth, the labor and the pain can be excruciating but after these pains come joy.
He reiterated that while the policy is very good, the implementation and timing is faulty. CBN should release more new notes into the system.
"If this policy is well implemented, we will see the reduction of kidnapping, the value of the Naira will continue to improve, prices of goods and services will come down because we will see few Naira chasing plenty goods.Above all the coming elections will now be on level playing field.
"Nigerians are ingenious at criminality, it will be very difficult to transfer money to 80 million voters. The APC is counting on Tinubu’s ill gotten wealth to buy votes in Delta and the country will be the greatest loser.
He asserted that, they will all appear before the people on a election day in a level playing field. Agbi Said
