2023: Ukodhiko’s antecedents prepared him for Reps Seat - Odueme ~ Truth Reporters

Treasurer-General, Isoko Association of North America (IANA), Gabriel Odueme has said, the antecedents of former Delta Energy Commissioner, Jonathan Ukodhiko are key factors that prepared him for the House of Representatives Seat.
Odueme made the disclosure on Friday from his Houston-Texas base in the United States of America.
He revealed that, “Before i met Ukodhiko, I had read and heard a lot about his antecedents as a philanthropist, his exploits as businessman and his sagacity as a politician.
“As a civil commissioner and member of the Delta State Executive Council, Ukodhiko’s impacts and contributions speak volume of his integrity and capacity.
“He ensured many of Isoko youths were gainfully employed into the Civil Services just as he also employed some youths into his chains of companies in Nigeria.
”Also, he influenced some numbers of projects to Isoko, and got many of our people benefit from the various entrepreneurial and economic empowerment programmes of the Delta Government.”
According to the IANA chieftain, Odueme, the House of Representatives Seat imposes on one an extra-legislative responsibilities to which Ukodhiko is aware and very well prepared..
“Ukodhiko has been a frontline supporter of worthy causes at home and in diaspora. His contributions and other programmes in which he gave huge supports speak in volumes.
“I recalled, in July 2022 IANA’s biennial convention at New Jersey, how Pastor Ukodhiko donated generously to support the purchase of engineering equipments to help train future engineers at the Oleh Campus of the Delta State University.
“In the same way, in December, 2021, Pastor Ukodhiko and his team organized a free medical outreach in Isokoland.
“Furthermore, we can’t forget, how Ukodhiko, on a yearly basis in his usual character doles out money, food items, amongst other things to support Isoko people during Christmas and New Year celebrations.
“What about the various economic empowerment programmes for our women and youths, and the sponsoring of indigent students’ education in various tertiary institutions in Nigeria and abroad."
Odueme noted that, competent legislative representation means being responsive to the plights and aspirations of the people.
Adding that, “Pastor Ukodhiko has been quite responsive to the Isoko people, recently we saw how he rose to the occasion by providing relief materials worth of millions of naira and in cash sums to victims affected by the flood in Isoko “
IANA TG, posited that, “Our nation is at a crossroads and, it’s very important we send our best hand, and I am proud to say, Pastor Ukodhiko is the best amongst all the candidates vying for the Isoko Federal Constituency Seat”
Odueme urged the Isoko people to entrust Jonathan Ukodhiko of the Peoples Democratic Party with their votes to enable him come up with the right legislative frameworks, deploy his experience, contacts, and connections to reposition Isoko Federal Constituency that will facilitate projects and programmes and socioeconomic development of Isokonation.
Odueme noted further that “Ukodhiko is better prepared and positioned to give us quality representation and value adding to the socioeconomic and political development of the Isoko Federal Constituency when elected. This is the right man for job” he added
