2023: Oborevwori'll build bubbling economy for Deltans - Pastor Odogbor ~ Truth Reporters
As the 2023 general elections draws near, the discussion among Deltans has been narrowed to who will steer the state into new horizons of economic fortunes, with visible and tangible proofs in critical infrastructure development, bubbling economy, improved security of lives and properties, capable of opening up the state to more prospective local and foreign direct investments.
Considering the devastating impact of the recent flood menace to thousands of household, there is need to support a candidate with pragmatic and responsive approach to governance. Hence, I am calling on Deltans to rally round Rt Hon Sheriff,a leader with empathy, genuine intention to serve and improve the standard of living as well as create the needed environment for thriving business to blossom. This is the yearning of all and sundry both in the Political, private sector, religious community, as well as the teaming citizens of the state. Deltans should not be tempted with greek gifts coming from diaspora politicians who only suddenly become people friendly when it is another election year, there after disappear into thin air, deactivating their communication lines, until the next election. Deltans should be weary of such individuals.
We are using this medium to call on individuals, Political groups and the various socio, economic, religious and Political power blocs to take side with the Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori Francis candidacy.
Antecedents remains the precursor for future expectations. Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori Francis has demonstrated good responsive leadership, and Commitment to listen more and to do more through meaningful development in critical infrastructure upgrade, educational revamp, world-class healthcare system, and a viable economy that is closer to the people. Amongst the front contenders for the top job of Governor of Delta state, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori is well prepared for it. He has a combination of both intellectual capacity and practical experiential knowledge of the real needs of Deltans. As one who lives with the people, he has put together a very well laid out plan for meeting those needs.
Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori Francis, remains the only one with excessive local content, a tested product of process and purpose.
Delta State is quite unique in diversity and to navigate through the tides of governance, only one with experiential and practical knowledge of the workings of the economy, security architecture and human capital development peculiarities in their diversity, can sail without hassles. This is very strategic in delivering the dividends of governance to the people. No doubt ,Delta must be placed on the right path to glory days.
Delta state needs a man who posses the needed experience, governance maturity, stable mind and wide reach to run the affairs of a diversified state like ours. Rt Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, is a thoroughbred Deltan who has garnered robust experience over time, through meaningful engagement at different levels. He is equipped to do the job effectively. His connection with the grassroots is phenomenal, that needs to be studied by political pundits, who having grown through the process from the very basic fundamentals, has developed capacity serving his way up from local government to state level through positions that offered him the opportunity to interact and interface directly with the people and their peculiar needs.
Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori Francis, remains the best deal for Deltans as Governor from may 29th 2023. His wealth of experience in leadership, the economy, security architecture and the social structure, is priceless and an added advantage.
The MORE Agenda is tailored to address the realistic needs of Deltans , specifically to not only improve the quality of life of Deltans, but also to make Delta state the most preferred spot for local and international investors. This is not a Political rhetoric to get votes, but a policy document that captures first-hand realistic needs of the people across the 25 Local Government councils of Delta state and how to deal with them realistically. Rt Hon. Sheriff in his very meticulous manner implored a data gathering procedure and feedback system that directly involved the people ,in the formation of the MORE Agenda policy document. So Deltans could get the very best of governance at its peak, Deltans should brace up for an upgrade.

Engineer Collins Ayabotu, an engineer from Burutu local government said. We from Burutu local government Council, are 100 percent in support of Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori Francis MORE agenda. It mirrors our aspirations economically, politically and most importantly seeks to integrate Burutu with the rest of the world, through proposed meaningful development programs. This is actually the sole reason why everybody in Burutu is flowing with the sheriff mandate, we feel carried along and this gives us a sense of belonging. I think it is the best policy document in the contest for the top job. This for us,is a ray of hope that the average Ijaw man from the Burutu axis yearns for.

Chukwuyem Okonta said, the constitution of the campaign council, has further strengthened the resolve of people to work for the success of the party at all levels, our people now believe in the inclusivity of the Sheriff administration, He has demonstrated a massive leadership capacity with the way he has handled things so far. We can trust him, because everybody is carried along one way or the other.
Pastor Patrick Egheoma Aziegbe, reaffirms that the church is doing everything possible to support a man with a heart for God and the people, this we have found in the person of Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori Francis. We know he may not be perfect, but he is ready to work for the good and benefit of all.
Mr. Odiedi Matthew Zino Cordinator of Isoko north said, the Isoko people are happy that Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori Francis joined the race for the office of governor. Because we would have been left with no option or rather ended up in the hands of political wolves. Other candidates though Deltans by origin, do not equate the composite leadership features Rt. Hon Sherriff posses. Without prejudice, Isoko north and south will be better and more strategic to investors looking at the work plan of the MORE Agenda. I am optimistic, firm in belief that God who has started this will perfect it to his glory.
