2023: Isoko PDP women endorse Ukodhiko for Reps

Women of the Peoples Democratic Party in Isoko have declared their support for the party’s 2023 House of Representatives Candidate for Isoko Federal Constituency, Pastor Jonathan Ukodhiko.
The PDP women leaders in Isoko led by the Executive Assistant on Environment Matters to the State Governor, Dr Evelyn Aluta made the endorsement on Saturday at the country home of Ukodhiko in Erawha-Owhe, with a promise to work for the victory of the party’s candidates at all levels.
According to Dr Aluta, “we are here today for two reasons, to give you our absolute support”
“Also, to plea that the Isoko women should be remembered for empowerment when you’re elected by 2023“
The law scholar and teacher, Aluta, stated that, “be assured, we have the good followership, we have the numbers, potentials, integrity, brave and we don’t tell lies”
“We are representatives of the women from Isoko South and Isoko North LGAs. We are in support of you and we will be with you spiritually and physically. We are also in support of other candidates of our party, the PDP”
“We will take the message to all wards and units, but pls when you get into the House of Representatives, remember to empower the women of Isoko who are skilled and educated “
In his response, Engr Ukodhiko expressed appreciation to the women for the support given to him and other candidates of the PDP.
He reaffirmed, “ I am contesting for the Isoko Federal Constituency seat to have a platform to empower our people, including the women, and have a stronger voice to speak for the Isoko people “
“I keep saying, politics is all about service to humanity and leadership is not one struggles for, is merited through performance. For me, leadership is about how to grow people not to impoverish people “
“When elected, I’ll create a path for women empowerment and an enabling environment for women to thrive in Isoko“
“Isoko Federal Constituency is in for a better future. I’ll treat everybody equally. As i always say, I am in the race to work and serve you. I am going to build on the legacy of Rt Hon. Leo Ogor and bring more dividends of democracy to Isoko”
“I am competent, capable, reliable, I have the zeal, and like other candidates of our party, you can hold us accountable “
The former Delta Energy Commissioner, Ukodhiko appealed to the women to stand for the PDP and support all candidates of the party.
“Isoko agenda will be best realized in the PDP. Stand for the PDP. Stand for Atiku and Okowa for the presidency. Stand for Oborevwori and Onyeme for the Governorship and Micheal Diden for the Senatorial “
“For the House of Representatives, stand for me, Ukodhiko, and the three House of Assembly Candidates, Ferguson Onwo, Bino Owhede and Bernard Odior," he stated.
