Ukodhiko greets Otuaro at 54 ~ Truth Reporters

Immediate past Delta Energy Commissioner, Engr Jonathan Ukodhiko has felicitated with the State Deputy Governor, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro as he marks his 54th birth anniversary on Saturday. 

Ukodhiko in a felicitation message he issued out at his Otor-Igbo countryhome in Isoko North Local Government Area on Saturday , April 16, 2022 described Deacon Otuaro as a “brilliant lawyer, administrator and a highly responsible politician, who has been a dependable and supportive Deputy to the State Governor“

According to Ukodhiko, “I recall fondly my 7months short stay as a member of the Delta State Executive Council, the State Deputy Governor, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro was encouraging and supportive to me, and his contributions to deliberations during Council’s meetings were usually profound, exuding erudition and clarity of thoughts”

“I must commend His Excellency, Barrister Otuaro for his immense contributions to the governance of the State, especially in the passionate way he handles all assignments given to him by His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa with passion and a touch of excellence”

Engr Ukodhiko, a leading PDP aspirant for Isoko Federal Constituency Seat in the House of Representatives wished and prayed to God Almighty to grant the Delta State Deputy Governor, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro long life in good health, and sound mind.
