Oguma bags award on Engineering, Project Management ~ Truth Reporters

 

Dr. Ricardo Oghenero Oguma JP, Senior Special Assistant on Youth Development to Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, has bagged the prestigious European America University, Commonwealth of Dominica, Republic of Panama doctorate degree(Honoris Causa D.Sc) in Engineering and Project Management award.

The award ceremony took place at NECA House, Ikeja, Lagos state on the 7th August 2021.

According to him “I was conferred with doctor of science Honoris Causa (D.Sc.) in Engineering and Project Management among others honored were Mallam Muhammad Hussaini,Engr. Idowu Lamidi, Hon. Ebinyo Turner, Chief Oganla Rafiu, Ms. Omowunmi Olalere, Her Royal Highness Edna Ngozi Ubebe,  Dr. Ricardo Oguma JP, Engr. Owolabi Wuraola,Amb. Ugochukwu Morah, Mrs. Clara Ahua JP and Dr. Prosper Ejenarhome.

Dr. Ricardo O. Oguma JP, Senior Special Assistant on Youth Development to Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, he was also appointed as Senior Special Assistant on Community Development to the state Governor in 2018 and Justice of Peace in March 2021.

He is a native of Ovwor Olomu town in Ughelli South LGA of Delta State. He attended Delta State University Abraka where he studied Political Science and also a Director of one of the leading construction firm (Obakpor Engineering Limited) in Delta and South-South region of Nigeria.

Speaking to newsmen after he was conferred with honorary doctorate degree, Oguma said the award will spur him to be more diligent and committed in his service to humanity, stressing that “now that my modest contribution has been reorganized, I will strive for better service.
