Delta at 30: Okowa's aide, Atigogo provides financial support to DELSU students ~ Truth Reporters

 

As part of the activities marking the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Delta State, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Gov Ifeanyi Okowa on Political Matters, Hon Joshua Atigogo magnanimously provided financial support to two best students of the Department of Languages and Linguistics, Delta State University, Abraka.

Atigogo, a former Delta State House of Assembly aspirant, Ethiope East constituency was a guest at the welcome party organised by the Linguistic Students' Association (LINSA) and the Linguistic Urhobo Students' Association (LUSA) for 100 and 200 level students in the Arts Auditorium, Site II on Wednesday 25th August, 2021. 

Atigogo promised to continue the gesture and expressed satisfaction over the performance of the two students, Ehiemenonye Ogechi Favour and Orinya Jessica Ochanya with 4.88 Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) at the end of the first semester of the 2020/2021 academic session.

The Head of Department, Emeka C. Ifesieh, PhD presented the N50,000 cash support to the recipients on behalf of Atigogo and his friends.
