Leadership Is Servant Service In The House Of God - Pst Eduzoube ~ Truth Reporters

The Senior Pastor of Good Shepherd Convenant Ministry Pastor Eduzoube has said that leadership is servant service in the house of God Almighty.

The cleric made this known during pastors and workers training at Big Holy House of God Deliverance Ministry Aviara Isoko South local government area of Delta State. 

The cleric citing Daniel 11: 32, Isaiah 42:18-22 and Proverbs 4:5-9 said that, to perform excellently well in Ministry, every minister must possess an unquenchable quest for knowledge.

He stated that in Ministry knowledge lifts you or ignorance sinks you, that almost every lack in Ministry is traceable to lack of knowledge. 

According to the cleric, there is a big difference between an office and the person occupying the office in the house of God, noting that most of the time because of the absence of the required capacity to lead effectively there is usually a clash between the person and the office.

Pastor Eduzoube also said that, "It is required in leadership that we are not only train but we exhibit continually those things we have learnt. Every leader must understand that Leadership is an enormous responsibility.

He added that a leader is a pillar in the house of God,  saying that, a structural engineers will tell you, that you should not manage a pillar so that you will not damage a building. 

"If leaders are pillars therefore, it is then required that leaders must love knowledge regardless of who is distributing it, because even the Bible said my people are destroy because of lack of knowledge", he stated.
