Urhobo youth leaders salute Okowa on 6th anniversary ~ Truth Reporters

 

The Urhobo Youth Leaders' Association (UYLA) has thanked the Executive Governor of Delta State, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on the occasion of his 6th year in office. Gov Okowa was sworn-in for a second term on May 29, 2019 after a successful first tenure (2015-2019).

In a statement signed by UYLA's Acting President, Chief Anthony Onoriode Ofoni, says "we thank Governor Okowa on his laudable achievements and the ability to pilot Delta State well for the past six years despite the dwindling economic situation in Nigeria".

The statement attributed the success story of the SMART agenda for a STRONGER DELTA to the Governor’s landmark experience in various administrative positions. UYLA further praised Gov Okowa on the provision of good leadership for the ASABA DECLARATION by the Southern Governors and called on Deltans and Nigerians to adequately support the Okowa's administration for the next two years.
