The Explorer holds 4th AGM, returns Akpodiete as President ~ Truth Reporters
Determined to improve their quota to her Alma Mata & welfare of its members, The Explorer Innovative Initiative (Class of 2004 of Department of Physics, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma) held their 4th Annual general meeting AGM/Election at Best Premier Hotel, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Mr. George Oshodin, Chairman, Rivers/Cross Rivers/Akwa-Ibom District, appreciated all members that participated in the meeting and unity of members towards the development of the association.
The President, Dr. Olotu Akpodiete & his exco members were returned unopposed to pilot the affairs of the association for another two years. Other exco members are Mrs Violet Estano (Vice President), Mr. Bolade Okhiaode(Secretary), Mrs Grace Ayadi-Ikubaiyeje(Financial Secretary) and Mr. Eloho Adakpo(PRO).
The President, Dr. Olotu Akpodiete appreciated all members for their support and encourages everyone to work as team as the association prepares for 2 ND Explorers day in Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He stated that welfare, synergy of members and contributions to Alma Mata will be the top priority of the association. He also appreciated Mr. Bolade Okhiaode, Chairman, AGM/Reunion Committee.
Among members present were Mr. Bolade Okhiaode, Mr. George Oshodin, Mr. Sunny Oyibo, Mr. Austin Ataga and Mr. Edesiri Otamedua.
