Otor-Igho community to hold prayer day, Jan. 6 ~ Truth Reporters
The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, in conjunction with Otor-Igho community in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta, would hold its annual praise and prayer day on Wednesday January 6, 2021.
A statement signed by the Chairman Planning Committee Pastor David Ohwotu and Otor-Igho CAN Chairman Revd. Ben Ogogo said the theme of this year's praise and worship day is "Let Everything that hath breath praise the Lord -Psalm 150:6".
The statement further said the event will hold at the Otor-Igho Community market ground beginning from 10am.
According to the organisers, the event is being convened to thank God for the outgoing year and as well commit the New Year into God's hands.
The event would have Evang. Dr. James Ofurhie as Guest Preacher while Evang. Amos Ighaka will minister as guest artist.
The statement further said Otor-Igho community President, Revd. Matthew Enaruvbe would be the Host while the Chairman Isoko North Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Godwin Ogorugba would be the Chief Host at the special event.
The organisers called on all sons and daughters as well as well wishers of Otor-Igho community to come out in their numbers to give God quality thanks for His mercies throughout the year 2020.
