Despite owing workers salary, Kogi Gov gifts Attah Igala Rolls Royce Phantom ~ Truth Reporters

Barely few weeks to the Kogi 2019 Governorship election,  Governor Yahaya Bello has gifted His Royal Majesty Attah Igala, Dr Michael Ameh-Oboni II, with a royal white Rolls Royce Phantom. 

This is coming despite owing workers salaries that has been left unpaid .
